Residential Weekly Curbside Collection of Solid Waste
 

Pay as You Throw
Pay as you throw programs bring equity into the solid waste cost of disposal. A resultant benefit of this program will be more recycling. All residential trash will be required to be in a town-approved bag. The bags can be purchased at many local retailers. The Town encourages residents to place the bags inside trash barrels to keep animals from tearing in them. Please be aware that bags that have been torn into by animals may not get collected, as trash collection laborers are not required to pick up trash from torn bags that has spread around the ground.

Prices
 

All bags come in packages of 5. Trash that is not in an approved bag will not be picked up. People who dispose of trash illegally will be prosecuted.
