Outside lights are regulated by an electronic eye and all outside fixtures have been replaced and the cost of the electricity for all outside lighting is paid through the complex management. We pride ourselves on keeping the grounds well maintained at all times.  All buildings have keyed mailboxes for privacy and for your convenience an out mail basket to save you a trip to the post office.

Electric heat is supplied by Kennebunk Light & Power and is competitive with gas heating prices.

Kennebunk Senior Center is located 4 miles from our complex and has a very active membership which includes: Tender Loving Calls - Volunteer Drivers plus monthly activities to keep you busy.
