Two Bedroom
Currently, Spruce Meadow has thirty two bedroom apartments. The layouts of each apartment are identical in each building. You will enter into the living space of the apartment, with a coat closet, looking into a full kitchen. The kitchen offers new appliances, an eat in area, and a sliding door with access to either a private porch or patio. Continuing on, the full bathroom is easily shared by both bedrooms. This features a combination bath/shower. The front bedroom has two sliding door closets, while the back bedroom has a sliding door closet and a linen closet. All bedrooms and living spaces have separate heat controls to allow for various temperatures throughout the apartment.

Building 10 offers two oversized two-bedroom apartments. These are double the size of the classic two bedrooms. Upon entering these apartments, you will walk into a living room. This connects right into the expansive eat in kitchen, complete with new appliances and countertops. The kitchen flows into a family room, featuring a newly tiled gas fireplace, and two mirrored closets, along with plenty of space. Off of this room there is a bonus room enclosed with new glass sliding doors. The apartment also has two bathrooms, one off of the kitchen. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, as well as two sliding door closets, and a walk-in closet. There is a linen closet in the hallway. The second bedroom also has two sliding door closets, and an additional closet with shelving.
